A new K-8 school in Aliso Viejo moved closer to reality this week when the Capistrano Unified School District Board of Trustees awarded a construction contract of nearly $12.6 million to Skidmore Contractors Corp. of Rancho Cucamonga. The school is scheduled to open in the fall.
