Lauryn Hill’s 10 Grammy nominations boosted her “Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” album back up the Southern California sales chart (as well as the national list), but the Offspring’s “Americana” held strong, retaining its No. 1 position in its home turf. Britney Spears’ “Baby One More Time” remains the No. 1 single locally and nationally.
