The City Council tonight will discuss the feasibility of holding a millennium party in the Old Town area on Dec. 31, 1999. Councilwoman Tracy Wills Worley suggested the event at the Jan. 5 meeting. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 300 Centennial Way. Before the regular meeting, however, the council will conduct a joint meeting with the city’s Audit Committee at 5:30 p.m. Information: (714) 573-3025.
