At its meeting tonight, the City Council will consider rezoning about 126 acres of semi-vacant land near the intersection of Bastanchury Road and Lakeview Avenue. The land, now a combination of residential estate and residential agricultural land with oil production, would be rezoned for residential development as part of the Bastanchury/Lakeview area plan.
