In recognition of their safety records for transporting children to schools, 13 Orange Unified School District bus drivers will be given commendations tonight by the board.
They all have at least five consecutive years of accident-free driving. The drivers, representing one-third of the total driving staff, have been given School Bus Drivers Safe Driving awards from the Automobile Club of Southern California.
