Concordia has hired Greg Morales as its men’s soccer coach, the school said Wednesday. Morales replaces co-coaches Tom Busby and Walter Eisner, whose team was 1-19-1 last season.
Morales, 28, the son of Santa Margarita girls’ soccer Coach Chuck Morales, has been director of youth development for the Long Beach United Soccer Club for the past year and has coached various teams in the organization over the last three years.
Morales graduated from Mission Viejo in 1988, where he was named all-league for three consecutive seasons.
