Kellogg Co. said it will eliminate 260 jobs in Europe, about 20% of its salaried staff there, as part of a worldwide cost-cutting plan. The maker of Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes said the cuts, which follow 765 job cuts in its North America operations last month, will produce annual savings of about $10 million.
