Orange Unified School District trustees took the first step toward finding a new superintendent Thursday by voting unanimously to solicit bids from firms that specialize in searching for superintendents.
Supt. Robert L. French, who is retiring in June, said he would bring a list of interested firms to the board’s Feb. 11 meeting.
