The city is expected to make a final decision Feb. 16 on the Eastbluff neighborhood’s traffic woes. In November 1997, through traffic was eliminated on Bison Avenue across Jamboree Road, and left turns from northbound Jamboree onto Bison were banned for a six-month period. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in council chambers, 3300 Newport Blvd. It will be televised by Comcast Cablevision.
