Home lender EMB Corp. named a new president Tuesday and said it will move its headquarters to Dallas from Costa Mesa.
James Cunningham, a Dallas resident and EMB director, will assume the president’s duties immediately. James Shipley will remain interim chairman and chief executive officer, the company said.
Cunningham said the company intends to continue with interactive video conferencing, as well as using the Internet to increase its mortgage business. In addition, the company said it will keep an office in Costa Mesa.
On Tuesday, the company’s stock, traded over the counter, closed at 34 cents, up a fraction of a penny.
