The Greater Westminster Chamber of Commerce board of directors is expected Friday to ratify Linda Johnson of Time Warner Communications as its new president. Johnson has been acting president since December, when Stephanie Greene resigned to take a new position. Johnson had been asked to serve as president last month, and officially accepted the position earlier this month, so Friday’s vote is expected to be a formality.
