Mailer on Landfill Expansion

As a Granada Hills resident, I feel slighted that Browning Ferris Industries didn’t send me one of their fancy brochures that explains how the expansion of their dump will enhance my life and cut my taxes.
It’s the least they could do, as the boundary of their dump will be less than half a mile from my home.
But then why waste money on trying to bamboozle the people who know intimately the havoc such an expansion will cause.
