Foul Play Possible in Deaths of 2 Men

Foul play has not been ruled out in the deaths of two men found by a passerby Thursday night in a remote area near Brea, police said Friday.
The bodies, both partially decomposed, were found by someone walking near Brea Boulevard and Tonner Canyon Road, said Lt. Hector Rivera of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
Autopsies were conducted Friday morning, but the cause of death for the two men was not released.
Rivera identified one of the men as Francisco Ramos, 50, of Whittier. The second victim remained unidentified, but Rivera said he appeared to be in his late 20s.
The deaths are being handled as homicides until the medical examiner or detectives rule out the possibility, he said.
