Amy Wallace’s June 27 cover story on Al Pacino, with the huge blurb “Happiness is cool. I like it,” set me thinking. It reminded me a great deal of the opening scene of “Animal House,” where the camera pans past a statue outside the college with the inscription “Knowledge Is Good.”
Well, to both, I’d have to say: “Duuuuuhhhh!!!”
