The City Council will hold a final public hearing tonight to consider rezoning property at Rancho Viejo and Village roads for a 25-unit residential development. The project, originally approved for 28 units by the Planning Commission in February, underwent considerable redesigns but was rejected twice by the City Council. At a joint work session of the City Council and Planning Commission last month, it was determined that the potential traffic and noise levels produced by the development would be unacceptable to neighboring residents. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto. Information: (949) 493-1171.
