Planning commissioners tonight are expected to approve a conditional use permit for a 5,000-square-foot McDonald’s--with 1950s-era architecture and color schemes--in the 7900 block of Katella Avenue. The commission meets at 6:30 p.m. in City Council chambers, 7800 Katella Ave.
