Villa Park Elementary School students will see some improvements when they return for classes Sept. 7. Work underway this summer includes installation of two new portable classrooms to provide space for the school’s newly reduced class sizes for third grade, 27 new Apple computers and a newly seeded playground, according to Principal Anne L. Schrader. “I think the thing that is wonderful,” Schrader said, “is that every year you start fresh and you always have the opportunity to get better year after year.”
