The City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. On the agenda is the official declaration of vacancy for the seat of Councilwoman Eva Miner Bradford, who is resigning to become a Mormon missionary. Also on the agenda is a plan to plant ivy along block walls on La Palma Avenue as part of the city’s image improvement efforts.
