City National Names Valley Area Executive

City National Investments, an arm of City National Bank, has appointed James Ludwick to the post of regional business development officer for an area that includes part of the San Fernando Valley.
Ludwick, who previously served as regional development officer for Bank of America, will have responsibility for investment, trust, custody and pension services in the western Valley and Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
City National, one of the largest independent banks in Southern California, recently opened an office in Burbank to add to its branches throughout the Southland.
