The Beacons Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Garden Grove will hold an open house Thursday as a fund-raiser for Operation School Bell. Books, food, drinks and crafts will be sold from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at 10932 Trask Ave. Operation School Bell aids needy students by providing clothing and books and funding a thrift shop, dental clinic and Save Our Sight program.
