The City Council today will receive an update on major projects that are in progress or will begin within nine months. A few of the projects scheduled for discussion at the 5 p.m. meeting, to be held at 6650 Beach Blvd., include improvements to Beach Boulevard sidewalks, construction of water wells in Boisseranc and Larwin parks, and the widening of the Santa Ana and Artesia freeways.
