The Heritage Foundation is sponsoring a trip to the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace in Yorba Linda. City officials said Nixon originally chose San Clemente as the site for the library. But because of disagreements with the city and the developer concerning the extent of the development next to the library, the former president chose Yorba Linda, they said.
