Data Processing Resources Corp.: The Newport Beach provider of information technology staffing services posted net income of $3.3 million, or 22 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31, which included merger-related expenses of $3.1 million. That was 38% higher than the $2.4 million, or 17 cents a share, reported a year ago. Revenue was up 60% to $90.2 million from $56.2 million.
