The City Council officially declared the seat of Eva Miner Bradford, who resigned to become a Mormon missionary, vacant Tuesday. The council will discuss filling the seat at a special meeting March 23. For information about applying, call City Clerk Tami Piscotty at (714) 523-7700, Ext. 113.
