The Los Alamitos-Rossmoor Library and the city’s Recreation Department will offer a special crafts program to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. All school-age children are invited to attend the free workshop at 3:30 p.m. at the library, located behind the Rossmoor Shopping Center at 12700 Montecito Road. Information: (562) 430-1048.
