The city’s only amusement park plans to add a 35-foot roller coaster by the first weekend in April. The family-owned Adventure City, 10120 Beach Blvd., will bring a proposal to operate the Tree Top Racer to the March 17 Planning Commission meeting. Commissioners are expected to approve the request, said Jim Basham, the city’s development services specialist.
