GET OUT! / Revival

It’s nearly 50 years old, but “The Crucible,” by Arthur Miller, left, still seems drawn straight from the news whenever it’s revived. That’s because Miller’s theme--the hysteria that can erupt when society, whether a village or a nation, seeks a scapegoat on which to pin its ills--unfortunately never seems to go out of date. Cal State Fullerton takes on this 1953 Tony Award winner starting tonight.
Little Theatre, Cal State Fullerton, 800 N. State College Blvd. 8 tonight. $6-$8. Through March 14. (714) 278-2434.
