The city and the La Habra Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a Y2K seminar Thursday. The seminar is geared toward business owners, executives, managers and professionals, but anyone interested in learning about the so-called millennium bug can attend. The free seminar begins at 3 p.m. at the La Bonita Room, La Habra Community Center, 101 W. La Habra Blvd. Reservations are requested.
