The Buena Park Fine Arts Commission recognized the winners of its 1999 Art Is Fantastic student art competition Friday. The artwork will be on display until March 26 in the council chambers at 6650 Beach Blvd. from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except when meetings are in session. Art contestants included students from the Centralia School District as well as local private schools.
