The Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center & Nursing Home at 16111 Plummer St., North Hills, provides outpatient medical services, alcohol and drug programs and limited dental and nursing home care. It is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays and can be reached at (818) 891-7711. The 24-hour help line is (800) 516-4567.
For 24-hour emergency services and hospitalization, contact the West Los Angeles Healthcare Center, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., West Los Angeles at (310) 478-3711.
Information on veterans benefits such as pensions, life insurance, and burials and on replacing military records is available by calling (800) 827-1000.
