Oracle Adds Travel

Oracle Corp. bought closely held E-Travel Inc. for $35 million in cash, adding self-service travel to its stable of electronic commerce offerings. Oracle will rename the E-Travel system, which lets users book corporate travel using a Web browser, Oracle ETravel. It will be integrated with Oracle’s travel reimbursement solution, Oracle Self-Service Expenses.
