Children will pedal for cash Saturday at the Cal State Fullerton Children’s Center Trike-a-Thon. The event proceeds go toward new yard equipment, toys and games for the classrooms and child-care scholarships for student parents. The center serves more than 160 children of Cal State Fullerton student parents. Planning is underway for the construction of an expanded facility. The event will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m. All are welcome to join the event and are encouraged to sponsor a child. Information: (714) 278-2961.
