The City Council changed the zoning of a vacant commercial property on Goldenwest Street recently so that its owner could build an industrial building. The Chamberlain Co. of Costa Mesa will probably develop the 1-acre parcel at 14726 Goldenwest St. into a distribution or light manufacturing building.
