Police on Wednesday released descriptions of two rape suspects who are wanted in a February attack on an 11-year-old girl.
Police said two men in a dark green Honda Civic pulled up to a curb at McFadden Avenue and Center Street on Feb. 3 about 7:30 p.m. and offered a ride to two girls, ages 11 and 13, who were walking on a sidewalk.
The men allegedly drove the 11-year-old to nearby Carr Intermediate School, 2120 W. Edinger Ave., where she was “forcibly raped by both suspects,” officials said.
The driver of the car was identified from a surveillance photo at a nearby gas station.
One man is described as 17 to 18 years old, about 5 feet 4, 140 pounds, with a black mustache and a small goatee. He has short hair on the sides and long on top. The other is described as 18 to 20, 6 feet tall, medium build, with the same style hair but lighter in color.
The vehicle is described as a dark green, late-model, four-door Honda Civic with light-colored interior. It is lowered and has chrome wheels. Anyone with information is asked to call (714) 245-8362.
