The Top 10 in the national and Southern California charts felt hardly a ripple last week, with few albums or singles making big moves and with only three new arrivals: C-Murder’s “Bossalinie” album at No. 10 in Southern California and singles from Busta Rhymes (No. 7) and Faith Evans (No. 9).
