From Times Wire Reports
A federal judge in Wilmington, N.C., cleared the way for DNA testing that ex-Green Beret Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald hopes will upset his convictions in the 1970 “Fatal Vision” slayings of his wife and two daughters. MacDonald, 55, is serving three life sentences for the slayings at Ft. Bragg, N.C.
