Ashleigh Giordani, a student at Crown Valley Elementary School, has reached the highest level of competition in the National PTA’s Reflection Contest. Ashleigh has won first place in the state in the contest’s primary literature division and now will compete for national honors.
The contest recognizes achievement in the visual and creative arts. Ashleigh will receive her state award during the state PTA Convention May 4-7 in Sacramento. Also receiving a state honor is Moulton Elementary School’s PTA, which earned the California PTA Outstanding Unit Award. Information: (949) 489-7391.
