The city’s Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim Union High School District will share costs for the Brookhurst Demonstration Project, an effort to beautify city streets with landscaping, sidewalk repairs and driveway reconstruction. Beginning in June, Redevelopment Agency staffers plan to improve the area along Brookhurst Street between the Santa Ana Freeway and Crescent Avenue and to develop the frontage of Brookhurst Junior High School.
