The Bowers Museum of Cultural Art, 2002 N. Main St., will host a lecture and video presentation, “Beethoven: Triumph Over Silence,” Sunday at 2 p.m. The video demonstrates how composer Ludwig Van Beethoven heard his own music despite his deteriorating hearing. The lecture is $5 for Museum & Philharmonic Society members, $7.50 for nonmembers. Information: (714) 567-3600.
