The city may adopt a sister city in South Korea, council members said this week. City officials will decide next month whether Stanton can make a commitment to cultural exchange and dialogue with a South Korean city. Stanton already has a sister city in Mexico, but Mayor Harry Dotson said it has been neglected. “We haven’t been involved with them for quite some time,” he said.
