It was about a week after Sam Gilbert died years ago that the federal government indicted him. Perhaps they didn’t think he was really dead.
Now it turns out they might have been right. Either that, or he has been reincarnated in the form of one Donny Shacks and is once again wafting through the hallowed halls of UCLA athletics.
Some things never change.
