From Times Wire Reports
Terry L. Nichols, serving a life sentence after his federal conviction as a conspirator in the Oklahoma City bombing, will be charged with 160 counts of first-degree murder, said Oklahoma County Dist. Atty. Bob Macy. In 1997, a federal jury in Denver found Nichols, 43, guilty of conspiring to bomb the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building and of eight counts of involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of federal law officers. The state charges represent the other victims of the April 19, 1995, bombing.
