Euro Disney Promotes COO to President

PARIS — Euro Disney, Europe’s biggest theme park operator, said Monday that it promoted James Rasulo to president, giving him responsibility for sales, marketing and finance as the company looks to expand by developing new parks.
Rasulo, 43, has been chief operating officer since August and oversees operations at Disneyland Paris. In his new position, he will also oversee Disneyland Paris Imagineering, the company’s creative and technological development arm. Gilles Pelisson will continue as chairman and chief executive.
Walt Disney Co. owns 39% of Euro Disney.
