Cards to Paw Through

Now, here’s something your dog can really sink its teeth into--or send to its canine brethren: edible greeting cards.

From a company called Pet Greetings in Westlake Village is a line of 100% rawhide, 100% edible cards--complete with colorful envelopes. (Of course, Rover may need some help addressing the envelopes.)

The 4 1/2-by-6 1/2-inch cards carry various salutations (granted, Fido won’t know or likely wouldn’t care even if he did, but these are greeting cards, after all), such as:

* “Wishing You Good Health”

* “Welcome Home”

* “Season’s Greetings”

* “Happy Bark-Day”

* “You’re G-r-r-r-r-e-a-t”
