With summer just around the corner, the Parks, Beaches and Recreation Committee is making beaches a priority. Residents are being asked to help determine what needs to be done to clean up the sand and shore. The committee meets at 7 p.m. tonight in City Council chambers, 3300 Newport Blvd. Information: (714) 644-3151.
