Adults can learn how to play the theme from “Titanic” and other popular tunes on the piano during a three-hour workshop May 15. Linda Eldridge, a private piano teacher in Mission Viejo, will conduct the session, “Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People,” from 9:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m. in the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, 7800 Katella Ave. Seating is limited and registration is required.
