The Portland, Ore., folk duo of Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer, which stops in Santa Ana tonight, has come up with one of the year’s best albums in “When I Go,” showcasing Carter’s songs and singing and Grammer’s fiddle and harmony adornments. Their opening act is one of O.C.’s finest singer-songwriters, Kerry Getz.
