Community Association Seminar

The Greater Los Angeles chapter of Community Assns. Institute will hold its annual free legal seminar from 7:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Pickwick Center, 1001 Riverside Drive, Burbank.

Members and prospective members of homeowner and condo associations are invited to attend. Topics to be covered by a panel of lawyers include enforcing governing documents, legal liability, adopting new laws and protecting board members. Questions from the audience will be answered.

The seminar will be preceded by an industry trade show featuring 64 exhibitors and running from 5 to 6:45 p.m. Complimentary food and beverages will be served at 6 p.m.
