The Centris Group Inc.: The Costa Mesa provider of medical and specialty insurance lines Wednesday reported net income of $1.2 million, or 11 cents a share, for the first quarter. That compares with net income of $4.2 million, or 35 cents a share, for the 1998 first quarter, which included net income of $1.6 million from discontinued operations. Revenue rose 22% to $46.4 million from $38 million.
The company also said it is continuing discussions with interested parties about selling Centris.
