IRS Holds Free Classes on Tax-Related Topics

The Internal Revenue Service will offer free classes on business bookkeeping, deductible home-office expenses, offers in compromise and other tax topics on Satuday during a Problem Solving Day at its Los Angeles regional headquarters, 300 N. Los Angeles St.
People with ongoing IRS problems can also discuss their situations with IRS officials Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To schedule an appointment, call (213) 894-8852.
Free classes include “Help! I Can’t Pay My Tax Bill” at 9:30 a.m., “Starting a Business and Recordkeeping” at 10 a.m., “Deductible Expenses for Home-Based Business” at 1 p.m.(Liz Pulliam)
